Yvette's journey has been shaped by her own encounters with homelessness, which has fueled her commitment to empowering fellow veterans. Her qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development/Instructional Design and extensive experience in Marketing/Public Relations, position her as a knowledgeable advocate for military relocation, first-time home buying, and real estate investing.

Since 2006, Yvette has dedicated her efforts to educating veterans about the path to homeownership, successfully leading HUD/VASH participants towards becoming proud homeowners. As a full-time broker with Real People Realty since 2011, she has transformed the lives of countless veterans, guiding them from the hardships of homelessness to secure and stable living conditions.

Through her organization, VetMentors, LLC, Yvette continues to provide essential education and support, helping veterans navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
