About Us
At the helm of this initiative stands Yvette Jones – Swanson, a seasoned Realtor and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), committed to aiding veterans in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. Armed with a background in Marketing/Public Relations and holding a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development/Instructional Design, Yvette specializes in military relocation, first-time home buying, and real estate investing.
Since 2006, Yvette has been actively engaged in educating veterans about homeownership, facilitating the transition of HUD/VASH participants from assistance programs to proud homeowners. As a dedicated full-time broker with Real People Realty since 2011, Yvette has played a pivotal role in guiding veterans from the throes of homelessness to the stability of homeownership. Through VetMentors, LLC, she continues to offer indispensable education and guidance to veterans, shepherding them through the intricate landscape of real estate transactions.
